I don’t know about you, but I just adore sweet little homemade gifts. I was reading Wonky Patchwork’s Blog and melted over this Mouse Picnic Present! I’m inspired and hope you will be too.

On June 22, 2014 I posted that I was barely doing enough sewing/quilting to keep my hand in. This week I finished that little teal and gray zipper pouch.
It started like this:
And ended like this:
Gray & Teal pouch front.
Gray & Teal pouch back
Gray & Teal pounch lining
I also helped finish this quilt by binding it:
Colors of Spring & Summer Quilt
The front has 63 spinning blocks; the back is a bright modern floral and yellow corner squares.
The doublefold binding is made of rectangles of each of the colors from the quilt top.
Linking up on Finish it up Friday! with Crazy Mom Quilts here. Stop in and see what everyone else has finished this week.
Hope you are having a blessed summer!
